Sending a business email to clients using email account which is not from your
domain may lead to suspicious to your market.
Every business require a Domain Name and Company E-mail Address that correspond with Company Name, Check Example Bellow:
1. Company Name - SAYT (PTY) LTD
2. Domain Name - sayt.co.za
3. Company E-mail Address - email@example.com

Domain names are used to identify one or more IP addresses. For example, the domain name sayt.co.za represents about a dozen IP addresses. Domain names are used in URLs to identify particular Web pages. For example, in the URL https://www.sayt.co.za/index.html, the domain name is sayt.co.za.
Every domain name has a suffix that indicates which top level domain (TLD) it belongs to. There are only a limited number of such domains. For example:
co.za - Commercial Business/Company in South Africa
gov - Government agencies
edu - Educational institutions
org - Organizations (nonprofit)
mil - Military
com - Commercial business
net - Network organizations
Because the Internet is based on IP addresses, not domain names, every Web server requires a Domain Name System (DNS) server to translate domain names into IP addresses.
Domain E-mail Account IMAP Setup on your device (Computer or Smartphone).
This tutorial assumes you have already set up an e-mail account in your Domain Cpanel.
Incoming Mail Server Settings
1 Go to File... then click Add Account.
2 Type your name as you want it to appear... enter your full E-mail address... then type the password associated with this account. When ready, click Continue.
3 Select IMAP for the Account Type.
4 Then type a description, and enter the Incoming Mail Server Settings (Example: mail.sayt.co.za) as provided by your host company. Note that host company is the company that host your domain, Example: SAYT (PTY) LTD.
5 Type your username and password, then click Continue.
Outgoing Mail Server Settings
6 In order to send mail from this address, we need to set up the Outgoing Mail Server Settings. Enter a description, then type the Outgoing Mail Server Settings.
7 If required by your host company (like: SAYT Company), check Use Authentication, then click Continue.
8 Review the information and click Create.
9 That's it! Here is the mailbox we just set up... and all the messages on the server will start show up.
